This delightful villa has gorgeous views over the clear, indigo Ionian Sea to the Isola Bella, one of the most exclusive islands in the area. Outside steps lead up to a large, furnished terrace and both the sea view terraces on the ground and first floor are nicely furnished with sun loungers. The villa has lockable gates and adjacent to it, there is parking space for 2 cars. The caretaker has an apartment on the ground floor.
The rooms on the ground floor include a sitting/dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room with a hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine and 1 twin bedded room with an en suite bathroom and a WC. On the first floor there is an outside terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom, a WC, a double room with en suite shower room, a WC, a further double room and a twin room, as well as a bathroom with a WC. Amenities on offer to guests also include an ironing set and central heating.
